Dubai Marina Long exposure shot

First of all this photo catches the eye right away when seeing the thumbnail, and viewer wants to see it in full size. Just this fact would lead that this is a successful shot.
It's too bad that we can't see the EXIF data, but probably an exposure of 30 seconds or more was reached here, probably with use of a good quality big stopper filter and a CPL. It's very difficult to get well contrasted and saturated image on broad daylight, but this image does that very well, even though some areas seem to be a bit too saturated especially on the right upper corner.
As for the composition, i would like to see either a wider angle or not include either of the most right or most left buildings into the shot, leaving some space on both edges. It looks a bit too squeezed like this. Other than this the composition works fine. The horizon is also tilted about two degrees.

What i like most about this shot, is the harmony of white and blue tones. Getting it so soft and aesthetical is not easy.
Overall i see a nice image taken with a good technique.
